Your membership starts immediately upon purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your membership number within a day of activating your membership. The email also gives you some tips on how you can start using your benefits straight away.
The stage-side Members’ Bar is reserved for Champion, Icon, Legend, Producing Circle and Chairman’s Circle members and the number of guests in line with the benefits of your membership tier.
If you purchase your tickets via our website you will automatically be added to the guest list. If you purchase them elsewhere (i.e. Ticketmaster, DICE etc) please contact us and we can add you to the guest list. You can also show your Roundhouse membership account on your phone if we have not been able to get back to you in time.
We reserve the right to close the Members’ Bar with no notice, but we will always endeavour to avoid this with as much notice as possible. If we reach capacity, entry will be on a one-in, one-out basis.
Fast-track to the Box Office entitles you to enter the building once the doors have opened at the scheduled time for the event (usually 7pm).
Yes! You can upgrade your membership by logging into your account and clicking the ‘Membership’ tab on the left hand side. You will then have the option to choose which membership level you would like to upgrade to. This will be reflected on your account immediately.
You will need to pay the full difference in price between your current membership and the upgraded membership regardless of what point in the current membership year you choose to upgrade.
Yes! Click here to purchase a gift membership.
When you buy a Gift Membership, you’ll receive a redemption code and activation instructions by email. Forward this to the recipient, who has 3 months to activate the membership. After that, the code expires and cannot be refunded.
Membership can only be used by the named member. The named member must also be present when accessing the Members’ Bar.
If you have a Champion, Icon or Legend membership you can invite up to 5 guests to join you in the Members’ Bar.
Once purchased the membership cannot be paused or deferred.
We’re developing a digital membership card at the moment. In the meantime, you can show that you’re a Member by logging into your account on your phone and presenting that when needed.
Yes! You will get a receipt when you buy your membership.
If you need a VAT invoice, please email us at roundhousemembership@roundhouse.org.uk and we will email you a PDF copy of your invoice.
Roundhouse membership does not give you access to our Creative Studios for young people.
If you meant to purchase a Creative Studios Membership, but bought a standard one instead, please contact us at studiosadmin@roundhouse.org.uk for a refund.
We must receive your refund request within 14 days of purchase and if you have not used any of the benefits (i.e. purchased tickets during the members’ presale period) we will process your refund. Once processed this may take 5-10 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
