Step-free Access

There is step-free access to all floors, bars, and toilets within our venue. There is also step-free access inside our Level 1 standing area. We have a passenger lift which services each level of the venue and is located close to the accessible toilets. Please note that you may encounter steps inside our Level 2 seated area (Circle). Request a Quiet Space

If at any point during your visit to Roundhouse, you need a quiet space, please speak with a member of staff. Uniforms can be found in our visual guide.

Wheelchair User Access

All our performance spaces are accessible to wheelchair users. In the main space, specific spaces are available to book depending on the seating configuration. Typically, for a standard gig, there are 4 Wheelchair user positions on Level 2 that can be booked online. We also have a number of wheelchairs onsite that are available to patrons to borrow if required.

Wheelchair Users in Level 1 Standing

If you are a wheelchair user attending a gig on Level 1 standing, you are granted priority access to the Main Space. Please arrive 15 minutes before the advertised doors time in order to find the best spot for you to enjoy the show.

Please note that we cannot guarantee an unobstructed view in our Level 1 standing area. Please arrive early to have the best chance of a preferable view.

Accessible Counters

There are dropped counters at Studios front desk, Box Office, Cloakroom and Merchandise Counter when in use.

Accessible Parking

A limited number parking spaces with step-free access from the car park are available at the venue and we advise booking early. Please contact us if you would like to reserve a space. Alternative parking is available in the surrounding area (link to Camden website).

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilets are available on all levels, with accessible baby changing facilities next to the Studio Theatre on Level 0 and in the Main Space on Level 1.

For Deaf and Hard of Hearing Patrons

A hearing loop system is available in the ground floor foyer for anyone using hearing aids, with Sennheiser hearing enhancement available in the main space and studio theatre.

Mobility Aids on Level 1 and Level 2

Our venue has a limited number of wheelchairs available for you to borrow. If you would like to book one, please contact us. If you are bringing a mobility aid with you, please contact us. We are able to give you more information regarding the best way of storing it, and if their use is not recommended we can provide you with options. For Blind or Vision-Impaired Patrons

Signage throughout the venue is tactile and in braille. We are working to introduce Navilebs around the building.

Assistance Animals

Assistance animals are welcome in the venue. For Level 1 seated performances additional assistance animal spaces are included within the ticketing plan. If you will be attending a performance, please contact us so that we can ensure the safety of your assistance animal.

Medical Requirements

We welcome audience members who need to bring medicines, medical equipment, food or drink to manage a medical condition. If you have any concerns about being allowed entry with any items you require, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
