Get ready to experience the legendary sounds of Daniel Victor Snaith, the genius behind Caribou, Manitoba, and Daphni. Since his debut in 2000 with People Eating Fruit, Snaith has captivated audiences with 10 studio albums. His music journey spans from the lush electronica of Start Breaking My Heart and the psychedelic vibes of Up In Flames to the dancefloor beats of Swim and the chart-topping Our Love. As Daphni, he delves into dance music, producing electrifying tracks on albums like Jiaolong and Cherry. Snaith’s dynamic live performances, featuring a full band and immersive visuals, are not to be missed.
When performing concerts as Caribou, Snaith plays with a live band consisting of Snaith, Ryan Smith, Brad Weber, and John Schmersal and includes two drum kits on stage alongside bass, guitar and various electronic instruments. Caribou have toured worldwide since the early 2003 and performed at festivals including Coachella, Glastonbury, Primavera Sound, Field Day, Bonnaroo, All Points East, Reading and Leeds, Parklife, Osheaga, amongst many others. In 2012, Caribou supported Radiohead globally on their King of Limbs tour.
We’re thrilled to welcome this electronic icon to the Roundhouse this February! Don’t miss your chance to witness a true pioneer in action.
