Collaborate with leading digital arts collective D-Fuse on their immersive climate justice installation to be exhibited as part of Roundhouse’s Three Sixty Festival in April 2025

In Spring 2025, the Roundhouse will host Nine Earths, a collaborative art installation created by the arts collective D-Fuser, as part of their environmental storytelling programme. Nine Earths takes its audience on an audiovisual journey, blending words, film, photography, sound and data graphics to explore human consumption and its impact on our world. Central to the piece are “citizen stories” of ordinary people describing their daily routines, hopes and fears. The artwork travels through several continents, bringing together local experiences with its global theme.

Did you know?
Humanity is consuming nature 1.7 times faster than the planet’s biocapacity can regenerate. If everyone on Earth lived like the average UK resident, we would need 2.6 Earths to sustain us. In Qatar, that number is 9 Earths—the inspiration for the project’s title.

About the course:
The Two-Point-Six Earths course is a unique, 7-week opportunity for participants to contribute their own stories, to share their concerns around climate justice and act collectively. . Through discussions, hands-on filmmaking, and an urban walk, participants will share and gain new perspectives on how our daily habits shape the world around us.

Your personal video diary, created during the workshop, will be featured in the Nine Earths Immersive exhibition, adding your voice to a global conversation about sustainability and consumption.
