As part of Donna Summer Reimagined

Ages 18-25

Roundhouse Studios

Apply by Mon 3 February, 9am

Are you a singer who can move? A dancer who can sing? Most importantly – can you bring the vibes!?

Join us at our brand new festival, Roundhouse Three Sixty, in April 2025 for an unforgettable night celebrating the Queen of Disco, Donna Summer.

Love To Love You Baby: Donna Summer Reimagined  – is a celebration of the Queen of Disco’s far-reaching impact and influence as a trailblazer and pioneer, through the lens of UK club culture.

50 years since the release of her seminal album Love To Love You Baby, an all-star lineup including MNEK, Katy B, Kele Le Roc & Le Gateau Chocolat will assemble to honour Donna Summer’s transcendent brilliance and legacy, performing reimaginings of some of her iconic songs.

For this unforgettable night, co-curated by Mercury-nominated artist ESKA, we’re recruiting a group of 24 performers aged 18-25 to perform alongside the guest artists.

Working with ESKA alongside vocal lead Alice Grant and choreographer Sarah Golding, the group will help bring the reimagined classics to life, performing original vocal arrangements and, through movement, exploring the universal, unspoken language of dance music and club culture – ensuring the vibes and energy are high, creating a bridge between the stage and the audience, bringing people together in the euphoric way that only dance music can.

What you get

By joining the Roundhouse Vocal & Movement Ensemble, you will:

  • Work under the artistic guidance of ESKA, with experienced tutors Alice Grant and Sarah Golding.
  • Take part in creative workshops exploring vocals, movement, and the intersection of music and dance culture.
  • Perform live at the iconic Roundhouse as part of a professional production.
  • Receive payment for 2x Production Rehearsals (£50 per session) and the show day (£150).
  • Be part of a one-of-a-kind ensemble that bridges the stage and audience in a celebratory, energetic, and inclusive performance.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

No formal experience is required. Just a passion and curiosity for exploring singing and movement as part of a professional ensemble for what will be a unique, unforgettable night.

Movement will be focused on capturing the essence of the tracks and embracing the energy, physicality and connection to the music within the group – not complex choreography/dance, just a commitment to the vibe.
